Arka Carbon

Arka Carbon is developing an industrial-scale biochar project in Vidisha district, Madhya Pradesh, designed to process 4,000–5,000 tonnes of corn cob agricultural residue annually that would otherwise be openly burnt. Using a semi-automated pyrolysis system, the project achieves a 30–35% biochar yield, producing ~1,300–1,600 tonnes of biochar per year with 65–70% fixed carbon content. At full pilot operation, each unit processes 2.5–3 tonnes of biomass per day, with an estimated climate benefit of ~0.8 tCO₂e avoided or removed per tonne of feedstock through avoided burning and long-term soil carbon sequestration. The project directly engages smallholder farmers for feedstock sourcing, reduces local air pollution, supports rural employment, and is structured for rapid scale-up toward 200,000 tonnes of annual processing capacity.

Konwert India Motors

Konwert India Motors Pvt Ltd is accelerating India’s EV transition by converting existing 3-wheeler fleets into electric vehicles, directly displacing petrol, CNG, and LPG autos in dense urban corridors. Each retrofitted vehicle travels 80–100 km per day, avoiding fossil fuel consumption and delivering ~6.0–6.3 tCO₂e emissions reduction annually at pilot scale, even after accounting for India’s grid emission factor. With IoT- and telematics-based monitoring, Konwert enables transparent, vehicle-level emissions accounting while improving driver economics through operating costs as low as ₹0.34 per km and payback periods of ~14 months. With a roadmap to scale from 2 pilot vehicles to 50,000+ EVs across multiple states, Konwert represents a high-impact, scalable urban decarbonisation pathway aligned with RenewCred’s digital MRV–driven carbon credit framework.

ZeroEarth

ZeroEarth is enabling verifiable emissions reduction through a digital MRV–led Decarbonisation-as-a-Service model. Its platform converts on-ground interventions such as methane-reducing dairy feed solutions, which can lower enteric methane emissions by 20–40% per animal, into traceable and market-ready carbon credits. By digitally measuring, verifying, and monetising farm-level climate action, the project channels carbon revenues directly to smallholder farmers while enabling enterprises to access high-integrity offsets.

Jeet Agritech

Jeet Agritech is a farmer-owned biochar project in Gujarat producing ~450 kg of biochar daily from captive bamboo plantations, with scalability to 2 tonnes per day. It processes ~1.5 tonnes of biomass daily, yielding high-carbon biochar (>75%), supports local livelihoods, minimizes transport emissions, and is ready to scale with digital MRV—aligning with RenewCred’s high-integrity carbon removal standards.
